LONDON, Nov. 7. j The “Times” says that if the Federal Labor Party’s announcement is intended only to stimulate the Deakin Ministry's reforming zeal,/it will probably bo found to have overshot the mark, and that perhaps the demonstration is attributable to an agitation among the unions, which the more moderate members of the party were unable to repress. It is 'not auguring well for, the immediate future of Australian politics, that Mr.. Reid is unlikely to form a, coalition of Moderates against Labor. More likely a Labor Ministry will be formed assisted by the extreme reformers of Mr Deakin’d following. If Mr. Watson Were leader, such an effort would gain immensely isi public confidence both in Australia .and elsewhere.
