PALMERSTON N., Nov. G. The Munawatu show was concluded to-day in line weather. There was a large* attendance and a long programme of competitive events was contested. Fine jumping was witnessed. .Among 15 competitors, the final of the hurdle teaping was won by H. C. Hartley’s Vendetta. Tho takings were £1000: £247 less than last year, owing t-o the had weaher and the opening of the Alain Trunk railway. The harness and .light horses were the best ever seen in Palmerston North.
