RIFLE-SHOOTING
The Poverty Bay Rifle Association, will hold shooting competitions on the Makauri range on Monday, when the following events will be the programme
Dominion Match, 200yds. (7 shots) ; Mo kauri Match, 500yds- (7 shots) ; Haiti Match, 600yds. (7 shots); Thirteen prizes of a value of £7 are offered in each match, and ten prizes of a value of £5 will be divided among the best aggregate scores. Late entries wi'i be received at the range on Monday, on payment of Is fine.
