AUCKLAND, Nov. G. In the course of an interview with a “Herald” representative to-night, the Prime Minister stated that the election prospects so far as tho Government party is concerned are very good indeed. The feeling of friendship towards the Government was very good throughout the country. “Our supporters,” he said, “are in good heart, and I am fully confident that tho results of the elections will bo in every way in our favor.” Sir Joseph says that so far as can bo judged there wiU be -a dozen second ballots in the Dominion. x ILe will speak at Auckland to-morrow night, at New Plymouth on 3londay night, and at Pahiatua on Tuesday night.
