SERVIAN OPINION. WARLIKE FEELING. (Received Nov. 3, 10.5 p.m.) BELGRADE, Nov. 3. At the instance of the advisory Powers Servia officially disclaims bellicose intentions, and hopefully waits the result of the conference, trusting to friendly Powers to plead her cause. Nevertheless, public opinion in Servia is becoming very warlike, and military exercises are everywhere proceeding. Women’s legions are forming at Nis-ch and Kragujevatz. The armsl and ammunition, so long delayed in Austria, reached Belgrade via Turkey.
