NEW YORK, Nov. 3

Samuel Gompers, President of the Labor Federation, has decided to give Mr Bryan the Labor vote. Mr. Bidder, political leader of the German clement, is trying to do the same. The German vote is reported to be taking this step at the dictation of Berlin, which, desires to see Mr. Bryan reduce the tariff. The Irish vote will go democratic.
