COURSING.
POVERTY BAY CLUB
The annual meeting of the Poverty Bay Coursing Club was held last evening at the registered office. There was a lair attendance, and Mr. O. Hansen was chairman. " The annual report and balancesheet were read and adopted. The latter showed the receipts tb be £72 Is, and expenditure £ll 17s 3d, thus leaving a gratifying balance of £6O 3s 9d.
The election of officers was.taken, and resulted as follows: Patrons, Hon. J. Carroll, His Worship the Mayor (Mr. AV. D. Lysnar); president, Mr. D. J. Barry;' vice-presidents, Rev. Father Lane, Dr. Collins, Messrs C. J. Bennett, PI. White, and G. K. Pasley; treasurer, Mr. J. J. Martin ; secretary, Mr. C. Morse; committee, Messrs R. Davidson, B. Sutton, AV. PI. Harding, O. Hanson, H. Patterson, S. McPherson, J. Law, F. King, T. Oraill, J. F. Pettie, 11. Lewis, and AV. AV bitfield.
