THE GISBORNE SEAT. Mr TV. Lies ant Clayton, who is contesting the Gisborne seat as an Opposition = caMlid , ate, addressed a meeting of electors at Alabama on (Saturday aiicrht. Mr. E. Reid occupied the chair. The candidate was well received, and was attentively listened to. . A vote of thanks to. the candidate for Iris address was carried acclamation. , The Hon. Janies Carroll delivered a campaign address to a- large iiimibci of electors at AVaerenga-a-liika on Saturday evening. Mr. Carroll wi.i speak at Te Karaka to-night, and m His Majesty’s Theatre on V, ednesday even™. Mr. ‘G. E. Barton will address the electors in His Majesty s Theatre this evening. BAY OF PLENTY SEAT.
Air. D. London will' -address the electors at Wairnata Valiev to-night. Air. J. B. Gow announces that he will give an address at Wairnata tojtiight.
