Prince Arthur of Connaught reviewed 10,000 members of the Boys Brigade at Glasgow. , A threatened demonstration on behalf of 20,000 unemployed, headed. by the socialists, necessitated the presonce of a largo body of police. There was considerable boohing against tlio municipal authorities, but the vast majority of oilmens warmly cheered the Prince. 'l'ho .unemployed demonstration was renewed yesterday, when an attempt made to rush the cathedral was frustrated.
