Another new clause limited the expense of any candidate at the second ballot to £SO.

The Motueka electorate was placed in tlio list of districts in which a fortnight :is allowed for a second poll. The Bill was reported. The Waikohu County Bill was read a first time, and the iiouso rose at 12.45 a.iu.
