The residents of Te Karaka who have undertaken to form a trotting club met again on Thursday evening at. the Te Karaka Hotel, it was reported that the movement lias been enthusiastically taken up all over the district and in'Gisborne, and the club, which will he called the Te Ivaraka Trotting Club, promises to be successful. The officers of the club will bo appointed at a future meeting.
