SYDNEY, September 1. Eastern files to hand show that a thousand Chinese troops mutinied -at Tai-wong-kwong. They killed the commander and several petty officers, and ransacked the town. There was another mutiny in Wong-kwong. The mutineers, 2LHJO strong, murdered their general. A-’igorous measures -are being taken to suppress the mutinies.
