DOCKYARD LOCK-OUT.
FIFTY THOUSAND MEN AFFECTED. United Press Association. Copyright BERLIN, August 10. The Union of German Dockyards ijias ordered a general lock-out of 50,000 men on "Wednesday. The lock-out arises out of a dispute of -100 riv.etters at the Vulcan works. The employers are determined to stop petty strikes, which are equivalent to a ’Socialist guerilla warfare.
