HUNT CLUB AS RAGES

The Poverty‘Bay Hunt Club’s annual races will be held on the Park racecourse to-day. The first race will start at half-past one, and to allow the public to be on tho course in time to see the first race, the shops and business premises will close at nopn. A train will leave the Gisborne railway station at 1.10 p.m., returning at 4.10 p.m. The fields for the six events nro unusually huge, and as no scratching* have been received, some good racing should be witnessed.
