Reuter lias received the following information by wireless telegraph from the American fleet at 8 p.m., 30th July: Fleet Bdeg oOmdn south. L67deg. 30min. west. Cruise so far uneventful. Four hours tactical evolutions take place daily. Coal consumption decreasing daily, thus giving greater steaming radius. Symmetrical development movements of battleships along all lines most gratifying. Later, 8 p.m., 31st:. Will pass Tutuila to-morrow (Saturday, G a.in.); then cruise, along southern shore. Thereafter shape h course direct lor Auckland. All well.
[Tutuila is an island in the Samoan Group, about 450 miles north-east of Fiji.]
