There is already a noticeable infiux of visitors into the town, as can be seen by the crowded state of Queen Street every afternoon. Fresh arrivals are pouring in ©vory day. The shops have a distinct flavor of fleet festivities, and street vendors announce with loud-voiced persistence, “Latest American fleet novelties.” Tho various schemes of decorators seem to be well forward in their preparations, and already several private decorations are Up.
