THE TAKING OF EVIDENCE. [Special to “Times.”] WELLINGTON, July 14. Tho Labor Bills Committee will commence the taking of evidence on the Arbitration Bill on Friday next. The evidence, so lar as is possible, will bo confined to the new matter introduced in tho measure, the desire being to avoid a repetition of the great mass of evidence taken last year in regard to the measure then introduced.
