A VOTE ON THE ESTIMATES, [SrECiAL to “Times.”] WELLINGTON, July 9. Re gaol" accommodation at Gisborne, the .Minister informs me that tho ground has been taken for a site and a vote for the gaol will be placed on this year’s estimates.
