HOCKEY.
The following is tlio Rata Ladies hockey team: Goalkeeper, Miss D. Bull; full-backs, Misses K. Sherratt and Mildred Brodrick; halves, Misses E. Mattheavs, L. Mattheavs (centre), and Norma Wyllie; forwards, centre Miss Ivy Goffe, inner avings Misses Marjorie DeLautour and Mabel Wilson, outer avings Misses B. Goffe and A. DeLautour (captain); first emergency, Miss B. Graham. WEST, END 3 v. TE RAU 2. These teams met yesterday on the Domain, in line wea-ther. Neither side avas at full strength, but a fast and close game resulted in a avin for West End by 3 goals to 2. For the winners, Nasmith, Roderick, McLaclilan, and Hooper played well, while Pine, Brown, Davy, and Halciwai were the pick of the Te Ran team. Mr. A. G. Laureiison refereed. KIA KAHA 3 v.. CITY 0. . These teams met at the conclusion of the previous match. Kin Kalia were easily the better team on the day’s play ,and won. by 3 goals to nil". Garrett, 'Bright, Gr.iove, and Tabernacle avere the most prominent for the winners, and on the side of the losers, Doyle, Armstrong, and Friar worked- hard to avert defeat. Mr, 0, R. Olsen had charge of the game.
