Tho Kaiser, toasting the King and Queen of Sweden at Berlin, cited tho North Sea and Baltic agreements as proof of a peaceable disposition, and which was destined to make for the maintenance of peace and tranquillity in Northern Europe. King Gustaf, responding, rejoiced over the two agreements, which, besides helping to consolidate the peace of the world, had drawn Germany and Sweden closer, permanently strengthening their good relations.
