NEW PLYMOUTH, May 29. Messrs E. Griffiths and Co. this afternoon rocoivod tho following cablo from their London principals, Mills and Sparrow, Ltd.: —“'l’horo is a good steady consumptive domanil, and butter is going on tho counter straight away. Fow, if any, of tho retailors are holding any..stock. Trado continues good. All butters are selling well, and clearing up close. A scarcity ol fine butter is now being lelt.
