LONDON, May 26. A ballot in connection with the shipbuilding dispute resulted in 24,145 voting for settlement on the terms arranged by Mr. Churchill, and 22,110 against work being resumed on Friday. Trades Unionist officials believe that the establishment of conciliation hoards would prevent all future sectional disputes. ,
