LONDON, May 26.

At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of Now South Wales the net profits' for the half-year, £156,741, with a balance from the last half-year were distributed as follows: Dividend at tho rate of 10 per cent.; a reserve of £30,000; carried forward £39.988. The President stated that trade generally throughout Australia and New Zealand was quiet, but might be considered sound.
