marine court enquiry. CAPTAIN VS E,VIRENPE. (Received May 7, 0.27 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 7. At the Marine Court inquiry on the foundering of the Begii, tilio master. Captain Bishop, gave evidence that the steamer ltad been recently overhauled at a cost of £2OOO. She was in good condition and was well-found. Ho could not account for the foundoring unless she 'had sprung a leak.
