MASONIC GRAND LODGE.
ALTERATION IN : CONSTITUTION. NEW LODGES. (Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May 7. ■ The Grand Lodge of Masons, after a lengthy debate, carried a resolution ' repealing clause 48 of the Book of Constitution, substituting a clause providing that every, application for a warrant to hold a new lodge shall bo by petition to the Grandmaster, signed by- at least seven master Masons' regularly 'registered under tlio constitution. A motion to alter the system of voting in the "Grand Lodge was negatived. , , 1 '
