ADDRESS AT KAITANGATA. Press Association. KAITANGATA, April 12. Tho Prime Minister delivered apolitical address last night. Referring to the finances, he said that for the year just, closed tho revenue of the Dominion was nearly £9,000,000. It would be at least £8,800,000. He also dealt at some length with the arbitration and conciliation system, bis remarks on the subject being very much on the lines of his Auckland speeches towards the end of last month. Sir Joseph was accorded a -hearty vote of thanks, and confidence was expressed in the Government.
