Mr. Ernest Short, the well-known breeder and importer of Romney Marsh sheep, lias decided to give tho Government the first refusal of “Parorangi,” his freehold estate of 5500 acres at WaiUtna, sixteen miles from Feilding. Should the Government not accept, the property will be sold by public auction.
