ARBITRATION COURT.

NAPIER SITTINGS. Press Association. NAPIER, April 6. The Arbitration Court sat here today, when several cases of breaches of awards were dealt with. In the cise of Fredk. Lindback v. Phillips and Wright, builders, application for variation of compensation award, the Court held that applicant’s physical unfitness was due to the diseased condition of his heart, and not to injuries which he had received to his hand, and dismissed the case. Evidence affecting the Napier and Hastings districts was heard in W ellington district bakers’ dispute. The sitting has concluded.
