In ordering the Union of Loudon and Smiths bank to produce Lcnioine’s sealed nackago, Sir Albeit De Rutzen, at .Bow-street, intimated that he was not empowered to use force, but other steps would be taken if the order is disobeyed. Tho bank has declined to procuico the package.
