ELECTRICAL POWER.
EXTENSION IN CHRISTCHURCH (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 31. The City Council last night decided to provide an additional supply of electrical energy, at the cost of £4395. The estimated revenue from the additional supply is £8,700, the net profit being £4,305. The 'Council also adopted the report of the Electrical Supply Committee, recommending that the municipal electric supply system should lie extended and improved at a cost of £15,500. *
