Henry Edward Myers was charged with drunkenness., and this .being his third offence within six months, ho was lined £1 and costs. 2s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. A first offender did not appear, and was convicted and lined the amount of his bail, £l. DRUNK IN CHARGE OF A HOUSE. - ! ;

Joseph Gedde6 pleaded guilty to the above charge, and was fined £5, in default 14 days’ imprisonment. PROCURING LIQUOR.

On a charge of procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order against him, Henry Edward Myers was remanded until April Gtli, on the application! of Sergeant Hutton. Bail was allowed, self in £lO, and ono surety in a- like amount. ALLEGED* ASSAULT.

On a charge of alleged assault on a man named Joseph Spencer, Joseph Geddes was brought forward. Sergeant Hutton applied for a remand, as the injured man was unable to attend. The request was granted, bail being allowed, accused in £IOO and two sureties in £SO each,
