APPEAL COURT.
AN APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL. - (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, .March 30. The Appeal Court opened to-day, Judges Williams, Dennicton'' Edwards, Cooper, and Chapman being present. Sir Robt. Stout telegraphed that ho was unable to attend, owing to pressure of work of the Native Commission. Judgo Williams presided. Four new cases wero added to tho list, but nono will bo taken tomorrow afternoon. In the case re Moore deceased, tho 'Court awarded costs, £OO, hotli on appeal and petition, considering tho\f had full power to do so, and this was an distance in which it should bo exercised. Leave was given to the C.owu. to anneal to tho Privy Council,
