JUDGMENT FOR CLAIMANT.

Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 2 1. Judgment was given by tho Arbitration Court in the case of W liiteford v tho King. The claimant was the widow of Wm. Chas. Wliiteford, who died in .September last while .boring a hole ,in a telegraph post at Kilbirmo South. Tho point at issue was whether deceased died by- accident or from natural causes. Tlie Court held that death was the result of an accident, and awarded tho claimant £3<4 with £lO ,10s costs. Mr. P. J. 0 Regan •appeared for tho claimant and Mr. Myers for tho King.
