A BOY ARRESTED. Press Association. INVERCARGILL, March 19. A hoy lias been arrested at Garston for having placed an obstruction in the form of pieces of railway iron on the line. The passenger train from Gore to Kingstown stopped yesterday about a mi tie below Garston, after having run over a portion of the obstruction.
