Buckle, Gliurol, Monke, and Perry, and leading members of tho staff. _ ... No shares will be offered to /the public, and no change will he made in the .political or editorial direction of the .paper, which will he conducted by tho samo staff, and on the .independent lines hitherto pursued. The “Chronicle” suggests that Lord Rothschild and Lord Nor.thcliffe provided -the 'hulk of the “Times capital, and states that the goodum is valued at £320,000, without the old Pr fhe SC ‘‘Daily Mail” states that 'the capital of the “Times” Company is £750,000.
