SUPREAIE COURT PROCEEDINGS Press Association. DUNEDIN, Alarcli 17. The case of Alitchell and AlcKellar against the Government, being an application for an injunction to restrain the Otago Land Board from proceeding with a ballot for the lease of the sections at Otekaike, originally granted to plaintiffs, was mentioned in the Supreme Court to-day, and was set down for hearing next Tuesday.
