CONFERENCE AT DUNEDIN. Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 16. At the conference of no-license workers this evening, a proposal was carried to the effect that the nolieense party is entitled to determine the issues on the licensing question by a simple majority. It was also decided to support the New Zealand Alliance in asking Parliament that the Dominion no-liceuse vote be given to the people to be taken on the game day as the local option vote, and that this be also decided by simple majority. The necessity of altering the law, so that the licensing question should be taken at every parliamentary election, irrespective of whether the three years had elapsed, w r as also affirmed.
