SCHOOL OPENED IN FEILDING. Press Association. FEILDING, March 11. The Minister of Education opened the new technical school here this afternoon in the presence of a large gathering, with flags flying and bands playing. In his speech the Minister stated that the Wanganui Education Board was most alert in technical education, and especially in agricultural and dairying instruction. The Minister left by the express for Wellington.
