Hos'king, K.C., acting for Alessrs Alitchell and AfcKellar, avith notice of motion for an injunction and mandamus in connection avith the Oteltaike sections. The injunction is asked for to restrain the Board from again opening for public selection the sections avhich aa r ere originally granted to McKellar anu Alitcliell but subsequently refused them, and the mandamus is asked for to compel the issue of reneavable leases of these areas to AlcKellar and Alitcliell. The cases are set for hearing on the 18th.
