ARRIVAL IN DUNEDIN. Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 9. His Excellency the Governor, Lady Plunket and party arrived from the South this evening, and to-morrow morning Lady Plunket visits the Ivaritana Home for Babies, and in the afternoon His Excellency will open the new wing of the Dunedin Hospital. 'i'lio party leaves for the North by the first express on Wednesday morning.
