An official statement by the Cricket Ground Trustees describes the Cricket Association’s balance-sheet, showing tho profits of tho fourth test match at fivepence, as all nonsense, and proceeds to state that the Association made a net profit of about £IOOO out of the four English matches placed on the Melbourne ground.
