Sub-Inspector O’Dwyer, who has been conducting a Police Department inquiry in Gisborne, left last night for South. Mr. E. G./Matthews was admitted a solicitor of the Supreme Court, through the application of Mr. C. A. Do Lautour, at a Chambers sitting before his Honor Mr. Justice Chapman.

Dr. De Lisle, District Health Offi cor, arrived from Napier yesterday morning, and returned in the even ing.
