MORMONS IN TROUBLE.
CHASED BY A CROWD
Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Feb .9. Late last night a disturbance took place in the city, due to a crowd of people taking offence at some remarks made by an open-air lecturer, alleged to he a Mormon. The speaker and liis associates were set upon, and chased through a number of streets by the crowd, but were eventually rescued by the police.
