"THE ISLE OF BONG BONG.”
Another crowded house greeted the second performance by Mr Pollard’s Juvenile Opera Company of the “Isle of Pong Bong,” and again there was the utmost satisfaction with the fare provided. The brilliant stage effects, the graceful dances and pretty choruses kept tho large audience in the best of moods from the rise to the fall of the curtain. Tho whole of the caste acquitted themselves admirably and tho piece went, if that were possible, even beter than on the first night. To-night “His Highness the Boy, which scored a signal success when produced oil a former visit, will bo revived, and a matinee for this afternoon has also been arranged, this is considered by many to bp the pick of Pollard’s repertoire, and it. certainlv gives tho clever young comedian,'' Master Bert Nicholson, his best part, In other respects the Bev” provides a thoroughly first-class entertainment.
