AUCKLAND. February 5. At Avondale to-day a six-roomed house, owned ;ud oecufiied bv Mrs Mary Bloxham, was totally destroyed by fire. Tl re were insurances on the building a d furniture for £l7O in the State and the London and Lancashire offices.
