TO TOUR THE NORTH. Press Association. AUCKLAND, Feb. 1. The Premier leaves for Wellington to-morrow, and after welcoming homo tho Hon. Air. Hall-Joues, will return to Auckland, most probably towards the end of the week, and male© his promised tour of the North, which will most likely extend over a month to fivo weeks. It is the Premier’s intention to deliver a political address to the citizens of Auckland on Friday night next, on bis return from AVellington. This afternoon the Premier attended a meeting at Government House, convened by Lady Plunket. to consider the question of infant life protection.
