CASE FOR THE PROSECUTION. United Press Association—Copyright (Received Jan. 1, 9.49 a.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 31. Herr Isenbiel, on behalf of the prosecution, claims that Harden preiented not a shred of evidence against Von Moltke’s honor. The trial also demonstrated the baselessness of che evidence against Eulenberg. While Emitting that Harden thought he ras serving the public interest, he lad really done immeasurable harm to the country. He demands a sentence of four months’ public retrac--,ion of his statements and to paj r the costs for both trials.
