Press Association. AUCKLAND Dec. 12. The maangement committee of the Rugby Union, with a view to popularising the game among junior players, and its general improvement, recommends the abolition of the district scheme, except so- far as relates to senior clubs. It also recommends the inclusion of the University College as u district, makink seven teams in the senior competitions.
