Mr. Cuddle will-visit various manufacturing centrcs.of rival countries, and generally acquire all knowledge and •information regarding the industry which may prove useful and profitable to the New producer. Mr. C. J. Ilcakofi. assistant chief veterinarian, leaves for Britain on Friday to inaugurate tlie Homo inspection of New Zealand meat.
