A party of five, including Colonels Clarice and Shepston', a doctor and magistrate, have - started for - Usutu to arrest Dinizulu. Colonel Mackenzie remains at iMongpma, ready in the event of Dinizulu refusing. General Botha has promised _ to help Natal in the event of serious trouble with the Zulus, but- with a stipulation that -the administration must be reformed in order to remove native dissatisfaction and unrest. Tlie Cape Government promised help, LIST OF LOYAL SUBJECTS MURDERED. OTHER OUTRAGES CONTEMPLATED. (Received Dec. 9, 11.22 p.m.) DURBAN, Dec. 9. , A majority of the. Zulus appear to he pacific, though some are assisting the rebels with money and mealie. The Government publish a list of murders and outrages perpetrated against loyal native chiefs. The Government- also announces that it is aware other outrages are contemplated. CENSURE ON NATAL MINIS-' TERS DEPRECATED. (Received Dec. 9, 11.25 p.m.) CAPETOWN, Dec. 9. Lord Selhourne, speaking at B&none, deprecated the censure passed upon Natal Ministers, who were no less humane than their Transvaal and British critics.REPORTED IMPIS NUMBERING 10,000. NO NEWS FROM OFFICERS. (Received Dec.~9, 11.25 p.m.) DURBAN, Dec. 9. Tlie Courier states it is reported Natal impis numbering 10,000 are -near Dinizulu’s kraal. No news has been received from the officers sent to serve the warrant of arrest- on Dinizulu.
