Lord Selhourne, speaking at B&none, deprecated the censure passed upon Natal Ministers, who were no less humane than their Transvaal and British critics.REPORTED IMPIS NUMBERING 10,000. NO NEWS FROM OFFICERS. (Received Dec.~9, 11.25 p.m.) DURBAN, Dec. 9. Tlie Courier states it is reported Natal impis numbering 10,000 are -near Dinizulu’s kraal. No news has been received from the officers sent to serve the warrant of arrest- on Dinizulu.
